Decoration that is allowed
Drawn from the material of a printed proof: crop marks, rulers, registers, a 1-bit dither, a folder tab, a stamp. Every pattern is an SVG mask, so it takes the token color and is not a CSS gradient. If an accent is not on this page, it is not in the system.

Most accents are one-per-page. A few (end marks, wedges, margin notes, square bullets, rails) can recur because they are typographic. Nothing here carries meaning the text does not also carry; the plain-text twin never needs an accent.
Three are signatures and the first reach: crop corners (a page is a proof), the dither ramp (a divider that reads as "from less to more"), and a motif in a corner (the one object a site is about). A page with one of those probably needs nothing else.
