The question
Can finite channels with the same one-person Bayes action accuracy and the same direct private-portfolio discovery have different pooled top-`L` discovery profiles and recovery budgets?
What we found
- DD-C-0089: In the registered M=4, N=3 fixture, the exact pooled top-L profiles for the noisy point, noisy two-shortlist, guaranteed two-shortlist, explicit exclusion, and confidence-point channels are respectively (7/12,43/54,25/27), (35/64,79/96,539/576), (17/18,1,1), (16/27,26/27,1), and (295/384,175/192,31/32).
- DD-C-0090: The registered half-accurate noisy-point channel and guaranteed two-shortlist channel both have one-person Bayes accuracy 1/2 and direct private-portfolio discovery 7/8, yet their pooled profiles differ, (7/12,43/54,25/27) versus (17/18,1,1); therefore one-person accuracy does not determine the complete bounded action-budget discovery profile.
- DD-C-0091: Relative to each channel's declared direct private-portfolio baseline, the exact recovery budgets across the five registered channels are 3, 2, 1, 2, and 3 in registry order; in particular, the same-accuracy noisy point requires three pooled actions while the guaranteed two-shortlist requires one.
