Zero-call replay capsule
One command verifies 4,919 archived runs with no credentials and no live model calls.
The capsule stages the archived engine and budget databases, unsets every provider credential, replays Phase 3 prompts/actions (5,830/5,830 calls byte-verified), replays Phases 4–5 byte-exact against a local engine (2,864 + 1,712 runs; 10,428 Phase 5 calls verified), and independently recomputes the 20 deterministic baselines. Expected output:

The disclosed boundary: byte-exact replay proves reproducibility from the released, checksummed, externally timestamped archive — it is not provider attestation of what the API returned before sealing.
