v12 independent audits — coincidence, strata, entropy, decoding

Four audits triggered by Round 10: the suspicious equality of a bootstrap lower bound with the human SD reference is independently reproduced as a rounding coincidence (stored 0.412198 vs published 0.4122, zero seed-to-seed range); the leaning-stratum table is recomputed exactly; the temperature-entropy decline survives on the identical 13-unit lattice; and all 36,251 archived request payloads are inspected for decoding parameters (temperature and max_tokens explicit on every request; penalties inherited provider defaults). The companion Phase 3 replay audit extended the capsule to all 320 registered Phase 3/X1 runs plus 20 deterministic baselines — PASS, CLEAN.
